If your family is doing everything you can to care for your child`s unique needs and are faced with unsurmountable challenges and have exhausted your financial resources you are welcome to complete and submit the attached Grant Application form with two years of detailed tax returns for confidential review. Our grant specialist will contact you for additional screening or home visit prior to making a recommendation to the Board of Directors.
ALERT: fraud is on the rise and vigilance is required by all. We strongly encourage you to protect your privacy and personal information. Please consider transmitting your Grant Application and documentation via U.S. Postal mail, or hand delivery.
Guidelines
Financial assistance with short term need for the child/family due to medical emergency or condition, an opportunity for the child that the family can’t afford on it’s own (camp, school trip, medical travel, etc.)
To provide financial assistance to help improve the child’s quality of life – Specialty equipment or supplies denied by insurance or when all other traditional funding resources have been exausted.
