We are 100% Volunteer based, the collective efforts of all involved enable us to direct all monies raised to help others.

We would like to encourage you to become involved, or to stay involved, as one of our valued volunteers. With our small army of volunteers we have been able to continue to fulfill our mission of supporting so many children in our community. Please let us know if you are interested in working on any of the committees outlined below, or if you have some other area of interest or talent that you are willing to share with us. Any amount of time, in-kind donation or corporate support that you can give is of great value to the success of Cherish the Children.

We have 120 talented volunteers. Each volunteer opportunity is guaranteed to pair you up with a fabulous network of individuals who are dedicated to giving back to the community. Your time commitment is flexible.

Raffle/Auction Committee: Solicit raffle/auction items for the day, help with creative packaging of raffle items, set up and volunteer the day of the event.

Corporate Committee: Help raise corporate sponsorships for the day tapping into your own network and, or inviting others to join this committee.

Teen Mentoring: Our teen volunteers solicit donations and work at our events, but they need adults to guide them, set up corporate meetings and teach them how to present, mentoring our future philanthropists.

Decorating Committee: Support our decorating committee with your creative energy, brainstorm, or just come and be a worker bee. Help with setup and breakdown for an event.

Data Entry/Administration: Perform data entry for each of the events, communication and thank you letters.

Marketing/Social Media: Help build our brand and regularly communicate news and events through social media channels, website edits, press releases and media relations, newsletter, benefactor testimonials, photography and marketing pieces.
